Curated by James Pollock, Wine Director at Sassafraz Restaurant, our wine list currently contains selections from 16 countries, including over 30 products that you can enjoy by the glass. It is our goal to provide you with a great selection of wines from all over the world.
Wine ListOur wines-by-the-glass program now includes Enomatic® selections, which allow us to keep open bottles of wine in a preservation system so that you may enjoy a glass of wine with the same freshness that you would experience if that bottle were just opened. The Enomatic system will keep a bottle of wine fresh for up to six weeks by removing the air and reducing oxidation to ensure that when you order that special glass, you are experiencing its true character.
We would like to help you make that selection without feeling pressured into ordering a wine you may not enjoy. We added a few notes within our current wine list about the taste profile and the history of each wine to help with your decision.
Although infrequent, our vintages may change, and some selections have limited quantities.
